Having a Budget is very important. It will help us determine what we're able to build. If you will need financing, if we need to cut back on some features, It will be our roadmap to designing something unique and special. Having a Budget does not mean we have to use it all. At SunTan Pools We're very transparent with our pricing and we'll be happy to help you stay within budget!

Without a Survey we wouldn't be able to build Pool. Not only is it required by our engineers and permitting department, It also help us with the Pool design process. We'll be able to see easements, How big of a Pool and deck we can build, and helps us adjust our budget if necessary.

A First Site Visit is essential before deciding to move forward. We would introduce ourselves and you'll be able to tell whether or not we're a good fit and if you trust us to build your pool. We will also be able to inspect site and determine if there are any obstacles we would need to talk about such as limited access to the backyard, any concrete or stumps that need to be removed, Powers lines over pool site, or any additional charges that need to be added

We will go over the contract, Make sure everything is correct that all features, design, and specifications have been noted. We would collect deposit payment and immediately submit for engineering and permitting

Before we can start Pool construction we will need to go through Engineering first and then submit Engineers Plans to the County building department for permitting. This process generally takes 3 to 6 weeks week to complete.

The Day has Come! Permit has been issued, Notice of Commencement has been filed, and we're ready to dig your pool. Most Pools are dug and steel placed in 1 Day. Pool will be left ready for our first inspection and Shotcrete crew will be scheduled as soon as inspection has been approved

Once the Pool Shell Gets completed you will start seeing you pool take form. This step is also completed in 1 Day. We will make sure to cover all fences and keep you home walls, windows and doors clean from any over spray. We will need your help on this one! Pool Shell must be sprayed with water everyday to make sure it does not cure too fast and for it to be stronger!

Next step will be Plumbing the pool to the Pool equipment pad. We will also preform a rough grade after stripping the forms from the pool shell. all electrical piping will be completed as well. All plumbing will be pressure tested to ensure no leak and Inspection will be scheduled.

Coping will be added to the pool. this is what goes all around the perimeter of the pool beam(pool Shell) it can either be brick or natural stone. Right after comes the Waterline tile which will make your pool look amazing. Once Coping and Tile is completed we're ready for the deck

If you'll be getting a cage installed or requested to have a footers built we will have usually finish with the footers right after plumbing. Your Pool deck will now be installed along with deck Drains, deck jets, handrails, and any finishing touches

If Pool cage is part of your Pool this is the time it will be installed. Other safety measures will need to be installed if no cage available. We will either need a perimeter fence in your backyard or we will need to install a baby safety fence along will a pool alarm or doors and windows alarm system. This is Required by Code and we'll need to comply with it before moving forward

We are about finish! Once Safety measure inspection has been approved. We will Plaster the pool with the selected pool finish and begin filling the pool with water on the same day for some pool finishes. We will explain what needs to be done in order to ensure no staining on the pool finish. Start-up will be performed once pool is filled up and pool school will be scheduled. We will preform a last walkthrough and punchlist and turn in your beautiful pool!
