• Pool Design drawings, Engineering Plans (up to 3 revisions) and Permitting with all necessary inspections.
• Filing of Notarized Notice of Commencement with the County Clerk of Court
• Copies of all Pool Plans and Engineering necessary for HOA approval 
• A Pool Permit issued by the County Building Department 
• A Pre-Construction meeting on site with SunTan Pools after receiving Pool Permit if Necessary
• Pool Layout, Dig, and Steel Placement including electrical grounding of the pool. (Hauling of all excess dirt, sod from jobsite) 
• Install #3 rebar 12” o.c, with pre-Plumb of main drains (pressure tested to ensure no leaks)
• Shoot Pool shell with 4000 PSI gunite, 6” inch thick walls min. (lifetime Warranty)
• Install three steps in shallow end of the Pool and bench on deep end
• Pool Plumbing to Equipment and Electrical conduits for pool light
• Equipment Pad Construction, Debris and trash removal, site grading  
• Installation of Pool Coping, Tiling, and Decking 
• Install a Variable Speed low noise Pool Pump, High performance Pool filter, and chlorinating system 
• Electrical Hook up of Equipment to pool Panel, as well as electrical run from equipment to house main Panel. (additional capacity on house panel not included)
• Installation of Pool Plaster, Pool fill up and Pool start-up
